The answer is Jim’s Gym! It is a special place where you can enjoy the simplicity of getting fit with limited equipment and from the comfort of your home.

The aim is to help as many people as possible remain fit and healthy in later life.

The community tier subscription includes:

Your fitness journey is totally unique, and I'm here to support you. Whether you aim to build strength for gardening, feel more energetic when looking after the grandchildren, or someone to help you build new positive fitness habits, I listen and meticulously tailor every single session to get you where you want to be as efficiently as possible.

Do you have a favourite exercise? Or one you’d rather avoid? How do you like to feel when working out? What have you tried before that hasn’t worked? I gather this information and much more to build you a programme that you will love. Each workout is designed with your preferences and goals in mind, making every session relevant, something to look forward to and ultimately finish, with you always wanting more!

My knowledge and commitment to you are what set me apart. From taking the time to get to know you to intensively researching the latest scientific papers to understand the best way to work around any hurdles that you may face. 

My 1-1 PT service is way more than an ‘hourly rate’. I am entirely dedicated to ensuring you not only achieve your goals but exceed them, both during our sessions and beyond them, supporting you every step of the way. 

Specialising in working with adults over 50, I bring a depth of understanding and empathy to our sessions that is hard to find elsewhere.

PRICING

£100 per Hour - Flexible to Your Budget

Whilst commonly believed an hour of exercise is the gold standard, this is not the case. For my personal training, the average monthly budget of the majority of my clients is £300, which includes 4x45-minute sessions per month and unrivalled support from me. Depending on your budget, I will always tailor my services to fit you.

90-Day ‘Fab after 50' Programme

My closest and most supportive programme yet, ‘The Fab Over 50’ programme designed to get you where you want to be in just 90 days!

This is all about you, and where you want to be in 3 months. Workouts with me and at home with the added support of Jim’s Gym. Monthly check in’s to ensure you’re on track and that the positive new change is sticking.

All programmes include -

  • Fully tailored programming to meet your individual goals

  • 12 x 1-1 PT sessions

  • Nutritional guidance based on your goals

  • Weekly accountability check-in

  • Onboarding consultation deep dive

  • 2x 30min check-ins

In addition to physical training, I also emphasise and guide on the importance of nutrition in achieving a balanced healthy lifestyle. I work as a partner with you to ensure that you have the tools and support you need to succeed.
