Before we start, I believe it's essential to establish a connection. That's why I like to meet with potential clients for a chat, either virtually or over a coffee. During our initial consultation, I'll get to know you, understand your goals, and why they matter to you.

My programs are typically 12 weeks long and are tailored to your individual needs. As we progress, our goals may change, and that's okay. I'll keep you on track and achieve your objectives in a manageable time frame.

In some cases, more than just exercise and diet may be needed to reach your goals, such as injury or illness-related issues. If necessary, I'll refer you to a specialist and research the best approach to manage the situation based on scientific evidence.
